Export Radar helps exporters follow their markets. This page says what we keep about you, who else sees it and how to remove it.
What we keep
- From Google sign-in: your email, name, profile picture and Google account ID. We don't get your password and don't read your Gmail or Drive.
- What you tell us: the products you describe, the countries you choose, your Export Plans and any feedback you send.
- What you ask: your Ask questions, their answers and your Discover searches.
- Basic records: when you signed in and which emails we sent you.
Who else sees it
- AI providers: your Ask questions and product descriptions are sent to the AI service that writes the answers.
- Web search: product and country names are sent to our search provider when we look up regulations.
- Email: your address and the message go to our email provider when we send you an update.
- Usage statistics: if switched on, Google Analytics records which pages are used.
- We don't sell your data. Products you track are shared market data: another user tracking the same product sees the same market information, but not your questions, plans or chosen countries.
Cookies and your browser
- One sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days.
- Small settings saved in your browser, such as whether the Ask panel is open.
How long we keep it
- Until you delete your account. Deleting it removes your profile, questions, plans, choices and feedback.
- Backups are replaced on a rolling basis, so deleted data can stay in a backup for about a week.
- Products you tracked stay as market data, no longer linked to you.
Your choices
- Delete your account any time from Account.
- Stop the weekly email from the link in any email, or from a product's Settings.
- For a copy of your data, a correction or any question, email hello@exportradar.in.
